Products may require up to 21 days for fabrication during the high season.  In addition, the shipment may be delayed if the product is on back order.  Our orders are delivered by FedEx Small Package or Estes Express.  Please notify us immediately if you receive your order with visible shipping damage.  Please keep all packing material for later inspection by shipper.  Check your product upon receipt because there is a five day limit for returns on concealed damage. Our return policy is stated below.

All of our products are custom made to your specifications and cannot be returned.  Proper measuring is the crucial first step towards a successful installation.   We are here to help you with that process.

Return Policy

Since all our products are custom made to order, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or was fabricated wrong by the manufacturer.  Custom made Roll-Aways and sliding screen doors are guaranteed to be assembled to within 1/16 inch of your specified order.  Please contact us immediately via email if you discover that your product was not fabricated with the specifications of your online order.  We will issue you an RMA# and assist with the return process.  It is important that you to maintain the integrity of the original packaging to ship back to the manufacturer.

The Screen Lady®, Inc cannot issue refunds or credits due to shipping damage or manufacturing errors on any order after 45 days from original purchase date.
